From August 2009 all trainees entering training have been expected to have MCEM by the time of entry into ST4, no other postgraduate examinations will be acceptable. The examination itselt assesses knowledge, skills and behaviours necessary for the successful and safe practice of Emergency Medicine in the UK and Ireland. The examination consists of three sections, Part A, B and C, and our course aims to help candidates who are preparing to sit Part A.
